Who we are

We came to Canmore more than 20 years ago, both of us loving the outdoor life and the Canadian Rockies.

 

Claude come from "Valais", region of the Swiss Alps, home of the cheese raclette. Up in the mountains, he learned how to do a raclette before knowing how to walk...

​

Coming from Montréal, Annie worked for  20 years in the hospitality industry and organized all kind of events in the Bow Valley. She is the world expert in the art of making maple taffy...



We decided to share that exquisite experience, by offering a catering service, where we make and serve the traditional raclette and maple taffy for you.
